Low Burnhall Car Park
Low Burnhall Nature Reserve (Woodland Trust) car park is the usual meeting place for road rides. The car park is down a short access road off South Road in Durham, close to the junction with the A167 (what used to be the old ‘Cock of the North’ roundabout). Times: 8.30 am on Saturday (9.00 am in winter); 9.00 am on Sunday (confirm times in the calendar).
Broompark Picnic Area
The picnic area at Broompark on the Deerness/Lanchester Valley Walk is the local meeting place for off-road/gravel rides. You’ll find the car park down a track off Broom Lane (B6302) between Stonebridge and Ushaw Moor. Times will be advised in the calendar.
Kingslodge Inn
The ‘King Slodge’ on Waddington Street, Durham City, DH1 4BG is where we congregate for our informal meeting/social gathering on the first Monday of the month from 7.00 pm. All welcome.
